Executing a miter cut on thick stone slabs is usually a simple task. But it can get quite hazardous when performed on thin panels, especially if we are talking ceramics, porcelain, Dekton, and similar.

For a thickness under 20 mm, using a disk diamond blade is no longer a valid option. The thinner the panel, the higher the risk of chipping, or even breaking.

Marmo Meccanica came up with a solution for the problem of miter cut on thin, fragile panels. It is a double-wheel special setup for horizontal machines, that allows to miter cut in just one passage and with perfect, flawless results.

We present you the exclusive “Marmo Miter Method“.
